Can I hold my wedding ceremony at Meadowbrook Golf Club?

We offer ceremony packages for couples
holding their wedding reception at
Meadowbrook Golf Club. Choose from one
of four unique ceremony locations.

Where can my guests go between the ceremony and reception?

We're happy to arrange drinks and nibbles
for your guests between the ceremony and
the reception. Our Events Team will be able
to advise the most suitable location taking
into account ceremony/reception room
bookings, timings, and logistics.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

We certainly do! Please advise us of any
dietary requirements when confirming your
final numbers and we will ensure they are
accommodated.

Can we use the golf course for our photographs, and is there a charge?

You can certainly use our course for
photographs if you have booked your
wedding at Meadowbrook Golf Club. We
offer complimentary golf cart hire for the
bridal party to access several stunning
locations around the course. We would
be happy to show yourselves, and your
photographer, some of the locations we
recommend prior to your wedding day.

Are you able to supply styling for our wedding?

We would be delighted to assist you in
creating a tailored styling package. We
have an in-house stock of styling items
including complimentary options as well as
items available to hire. Alternatively, we can
recommend a stylist to work with, or you
are welcome to bring in your own styling
or stylist.

How many car park spaces do you have, and is car parking complimentary?

Our car parking is complimentary with over
100 parking spaces. They are all located in
close proximity to our function rooms.

What AV is included?

All of our wedding packages include a
complimentary lectern and microphone;
basic inhouse audio system (for
background music, MC use, and speeches);
and large TV screens with Chromecast
technology. We can also connect your
device to the screens via HDMI cable. We
recommend testing connectivity prior to
the event for peace of mind.

Is your venue wheelchair friendly?

Absolutely! All our function spaces and
restrooms are wheelchair-accessible. Our
team will ensure there are no physical barriers
to participating in your special day.
